(don’t worry I’ll plan on doing a few “deeper” videos soon) keywords: diet low calorie nutrients fat vitamins minerals health native natural weight kale honey sea super food thin american us

He enjoys sharing and I enjoy listening. I really liked “How To Become Rich Immediately.” another “youtube Favorite I will be sending to my friends and family. We have so much to be grateful for-health is just as important as money, if not more so. He also gives credit to others and is humble. I appreciate that about him, and that’s just the sort of moron I’d like to become. Mike Adams is ok-just very commercial. Lorax here isn’t selling anything. Thanks.

I hate when people say that low calorie foods are good foods. calories are your body’s main energy source. Don’t neglect them. Empty calories in junk food are what to watch out for.

Nobody really knows what happens to food once it gets inside you.you can’t track everything that goes on inside ,and if there is someone other than God that can track what happens in the body when we eat kale, fish, meat, milk, etc.please let me know

You’re very insightful, but very boring. You should try out for NPR talk radio.

If you think insightful information is very boring, then you are literally just another brain dead Western culture teeny bopper…go watch a Hannah Montana movie for entertainment.

Try maintaining billions of biochemical reactions each and every day on the Food-Industrial-Complex’s multitude of processed foods and animal products found in conventional supermarkets, and enjoy those regular visits to the doctor!

The entire Usonian society has been sold a bill of goods via the FDA which establishes breads and cereals (obviously processed, refined and enriched) as the foundation of our diet; no wonder so many people appear dazed and sick — their systems are failing! WTFU!

But Asians consume soy a lot, and they are healthy…

You mention wheat germ as a super food, but in another video you say the Paleo diet is the best way to eliminate inflammation, which can bring about many related diseases.

Speaking of inflammation, you think male pattern baldness may be caused by inflammation? I’ve read inflammation apparently shrinks the hair follicle which eventually causes it to do.

Thank you, your skin is beautiful. Healthy skin is good indicator for good health. Thank you for the caviar tip, that’s something I have never considered.

Thankyou for your video.

I like to hear what other people about superfoods.

Buckwheat Groats (pasta and flour) is a mega superfood. It is not widely known.

I eat a bowl of Wheat Germ alone every morning and my hair is getting thicker and shinier. My nails look better.
I have tons of energy.

I eat raw veggies of every kind, even Kale. It is great, I agree.

Alaskan Salmon, the highest vitamin D and omega 3s.
Walnuts,flaxseed.
I read some mushrooms are high in vitamin D.

Mushrooms: great from many standpoints.

However: Portabella and white button (Champinions) are edible (non-poisonous) but they are carcinogenic = stay away from those.

Take any others, starting from shiitake, maiitake, pleurotes/oyster mushrooms, and all the rest amd you’ll reap many health benefits. And medicinal mushrooms for tea such as reishi mushrooms are some of the healthiest.
