What vitamins should a 14 year old girl take?

So I want to start eating healthier, exercising, and taking vitamins just to be healthier.
I also want my hair to grow a little faster and be healthier. What kind of vitamins should I take?

Fish oils. Omega-3 fatty acids and get some vitamin Bs.
